1 pound ground sausage
1 bag (30 oz) frozen tater tots
6 large eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Spread the cooked sausage evenly in the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer the frozen tater tots on top of the sausage.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots and sausage, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
