3 cups cooked sliced chicken

1/3 cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/4 cup water
2 cloves garlic

Toasted sesame seeds or toasted sliced almonds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large skillet or casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked sliced chicken, broccoli florets, diced red bell pepper, and sliced scallions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cooked brown rice, cornstarch, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, water, and grated garlic until smooth.
