- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix cake mix, melted butter, and egg until combined.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the pan as the base layer.
- In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and toffee bits.
- Spread the filling evenly over the base layer.
- Drop spoonfuls of remaining cake mix mixture over the top (do not fully spread).
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
