1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 ounces low-fat cream cheese
1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, Italian herb seasoning, sea salt, and garlic powder until smooth.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture until just combined.
- Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in rounded mounds.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving and enjoy your cloud bread!
Notes
Make sure not to overmix the egg whites with the yolk mixture to keep the bread fluffy.
