  • Add honey, coconut oil, and the egg to the mixture, stirring to combine.
  • Gradually add salt and bread flour, mixing until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  • Once risen, punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
  • Place the loaf in a greased bread pan. Cover and let it rise for another 30-45 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
