Andes Creme de Menthe baking chips or Andes mints
Ritz crackers
optional toppings like sprinkles
crushed candy canes
decorative sugar
crushed peanuts
flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place Ritz crackers on the prepared baking sheet.
- Melt the Andes baking chips in a microwave or a double boiler, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon a dollop of the melted chocolate on each cracker and gently press another cracker on top to create a sandwich.
- Drizzle more melted chocolate over the top of each sandwich and add your choice of optional toppings.
- Refrigerate the cookies until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.
