Butter (softened)
Lightly packed brown sugar
Egg
Vanilla
All-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the all-purpose flour and salt, mixing until the dough comes together.

- Using your thumb or the back of a spoon, create an indentation in the center of each dough ball.
