1 lb. penne

1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken tenders

1 container Trader Joe’s Pesto

1 jar roasted red and yellow peppers

Freshly grated Parmesan

for garnish


Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the penne according to package instructions until al dente.
  • In a separate skillet, cook the chicken tenders over medium heat until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center, about 7-10 minutes per side.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  • Drain the penne and return it to the pot. Stir in the Trader Joe’s Pesto and the sliced chicken, mixing well to combine.
  • Add the roasted red and yellow peppers, gently folding them into the pasta and chicken mixture.
