Ingredients

6 large eggs
1 teaspoon white vinegar
or to taste
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
or to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil for 10 minutes.
- Remove the eggs from heat, let them cool in ice water for 5 minutes, then peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the yolks and mix with white vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the halved egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Notes
For a spicy twist, consider adding a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
