Instructions

  • Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the eggs from heat, let them cool in ice water for 5 minutes, then peel them.
  • Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  • Mash the yolks and mix with white vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the halved egg whites.
  • Sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Notes
