2 fillets Grouper Fresh or thawed frozen
1 can Coconut Milk Shake well before measuring
1 to taste Chili Pepper Or Red Pepper Flakes
1 tablespoon Cooking Oil Dairy-free option like olive or coconut oil
1 clove Garlic Minced
1/2 medium Onion Chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat, then add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until translucent.
- Pour in the coconut milk and add chili pepper or red pepper flakes to taste. Simmer for 5 minutes to combine flavors.
- Place the grouper fillets in a baking dish and pour the spicy coconut sauce over the top.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the grouper in lime juice before cooking. Adjust the spiciness by varying the amount of chili pepper added.
