Ingredients
2 pounds boneless
skinless chicken breasts
1 (1 ounce) packet au jus mix
1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning mix
12 jarred pepperoncini peppers
divided
1/4 cup pepperoncini brine from the jar
1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese
shredded
1 pound spaghetti
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the chicken breasts, au jus mix, ranch seasoning, and pepperoncini peppers with brine. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the remaining ingredients: butter, cream cheese, and shredded Monterey Jack. Stir until melted and well combined.
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and add to the chicken mixture, stirring to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with sliced green onions.
