1 pound pasta of choice

2 cups whole-milk or 2% plain Greek yogurt

2 garlic cloves grated

¼ teaspoon kosher salt

4 tablespoons salted butter

½ teaspoon sweet paprika

1 cup cherry tomatoes halved

Fresh chopped parsley and dill


Instructions

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the diced onion over medium heat, stirring until the meat is fully cooked.
  • Season the meat with kosher salt, black pepper, sweet paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and curry powder, then set aside.
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated garlic, and additional kosher salt to taste to create the garlic yogurt sauce.
  • In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, then add sweet paprika and stir to combine.
  • Combine cooked pasta with the seasoned meat, then plate and drizzle with garlic yogurt sauce and paprika butter.
  • Garnish with halved cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley and dill before serving.

Notes
