skinless chicken breasts

Kinder’s The Blend seasoning or equivalent blend of salt

and garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon herbes de Provence

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
6 cups chicken broth
2 cups heavy cream
10 lasagna sheets
broken into small pieces
1.5 cups Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add diced onion, carrot, and celery, sautéing until softened.
- Add minced garlic and broccoli, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
- Season with Kinder’s The Blend, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, herbes de Provence, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
- Sprinkle in the flour and stir, cooking for about 1 minute.
- Slowly pour in the chicken broth, whisking to ensure there are no lumps.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, then add the heavy cream, mixing thoroughly.
- Add the broken lasagna sheets and cook until they are tender, approximately 10 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked chicken breasts, heating everything through before serving.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese just before serving.
