Ingredients
7 cups mixed spring greens
1 1/4 cups orange segments mandarin
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
1/2 cup candied pecans
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon shallot minced
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
