Description
This World’s Easiest Yeast Bread recipe yields a delicious artisan-style, NO KNEAD crusty bread that is incredibly simple to make.
Ingredients

3 cups (450g) flour
2 tsp instant or rapid rise yeast
2 tsp cooking / kosher salt
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) very warm tap water
1 1/2 tbsp flour for dusting
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt.
- Pour in the very warm tap water and mix until well combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a wet towel and let the dough rise at room temperature for 12 to 18 hours.
- Once the dough has risen and bubbles form on the surface, turn it out onto a floured surface and dust the top with the 1 1/2 tbsp flour.
- Shape the dough into a round ball, being careful not to deflate it.
- Cover and let rest for 30 minutes while you preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Transfer the dough to a preheated Dutch oven and bake for 30 minutes with the lid on, then remove the lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the bread cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For best results, use very warm water as specified and be patient with the rising time.
