Description
This 4th of July Swirl Pie is a festive no-bake patriotic dessert that combines a creamy filling with vibrant red and blue swirls, perfect for celebrating Independence Day.

- 1¼ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10 full sheets)
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter

- 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese
- softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar (icing sugar)
- sifted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup cold heavy cream (or thickened cream)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- hulled and chopped
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons of sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- For the red swirl, toss the chopped strawberries with 2 tablespoons of sugar and let sit for 10 minutes. Puree the mixture in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- For the blue swirl, toss the blueberries with 2 tablespoons of sugar and let sit for 10 minutes. Puree the mixture in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Spread half of the cream cheese filling over the crust, then drizzle with half of the strawberry puree and half of the blueberry puree. Use a knife or skewer to swirl the colors together for a patriotic effect.
- Repeat with the remaining filling and purees, swirling to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
