4th of July Trifle Cups filled with layers of strawberries, blueberries, and creamy vanilla delight, perfect for your summer celebration.
Ingredients

- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese
- softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups cold heavy whipping cream
- 12 oz strawberries
- hulled and sliced
- 6 oz blueberries
- 8 oz pound cake or ladyfingers
- cubed
- Optional: strawberry jam or berry compote for an extra fruity layer
- Extra berries for garnish
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- In serving cups, layer the cubed pound cake or ladyfingers on the bottom, followed by a layer of whipped vanilla cream, then add a layer of strawberries and blueberries.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Top with extra berries and fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!
