- 1 can apple pie filling
- 21 ounces
- 6 soft flour tortillas

- 4 tbsp butter

- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
- Spread butter over one side of each tortilla.
- Place a couple of tablespoons of apple pie filling along the edge of each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Sprinkle the rolled taquitos with the cinnamon sugar mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crisp, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve warm, optionally with ice cream.
Notes
For extra crunch, make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket. Experiment with different fillings if desired.
