Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the russet potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Pierce each potato several times with a fork.
  4. Rub the potatoes with oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check for doneness by inserting a fork; they should be tender. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes if necessary.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, then slice open and serve.
