- 1 pound chicken breast
- ½ cup gluten free all purpose baking flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ cups gluten free breadcrumbs
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- ¼ cup ranch
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- In one bowl, combine gluten free flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a second bowl, whisk the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the gluten free breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in the flour mixture, dip in the egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the breaded chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the cooked chicken in buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can spray the chicken with a little cooking spray before air frying. If you’re not gluten-free, regular all-purpose flour and breadcrumbs can be used.
