Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, steam or boil cauliflower florets until tender, approximately 5-7 minutes, then drain and mash them.
- Add eggs, breadcrumbs or flour, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, and spices to the mashed cauliflower, mixing until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small fritters or patties.
- Brush the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the fritters in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Spray the tops of the fritters lightly with olive oil spray.
- Cook in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
