This Air-Fryer Cheesecake is a creamy, decadent dessert that’s easy to make and perfectly fluffy thanks to the air fryer. A delicious twist on a classic cheesecake recipe!

- 1–1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup butter
- melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
- softened
- 2 large eggs
- room temperature
- lightly beaten
- 2/3 cup sugar
- divided
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- divided
- Dash salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- Whipped cream
- optional
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into the bottom of a 7-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the eggs, 2/3 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a dash of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the sour cream until mixture is creamy and smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C). Place the cheesecake in the air fryer basket and cook for 30 minutes.
- Once cooked, allow the cheesecake to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from the springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and drizzle with remaining vanilla extract if desired.
Notes
Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results. The cheesecake may puff up during cooking but will settle as it cools.
