Ingredients

- 1 cup of ordinary flour
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon of butter without salt
- 1 tsp. of salt
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 big egg
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, stir in the flour until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then mix in the egg and vanilla until smooth.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Using a piping bag, pipe bite-sized pieces onto parchment paper.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix together sugar and cinnamon, then roll the churro bites in the mixture before serving.
Notes
Serve warm for best texture and taste. You can dip them in chocolate for an extra treat!
