Crispy and delicious Air Fryer Potato Chips that are easy to make and guilt-free.
Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cooking spray
Instructions
- Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- Rinse the sliced potatoes in cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the potato slices in a single layer.
- Sprinkle salt over the potato slices and air fry at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispness, and if needed, air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
- Once done, let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Make sure the potato slices are evenly coated with cooking spray for the best crispiness.
