- 2 cups (476 g) heavy cream
- ¾ teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup (120 g) apple butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in fresh lemon juice and apple butter until evenly combined.
- Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
