Instructions

- In a bowl, toss diced apples with sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Roll out the refrigerated pie crusts and cut them into small rounds.
- Place a spoonful of the apple filling in the center of each round.
- Fold the crust over the filling to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with melted butter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
