- 4 apples diced
- 1–2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 small lemon juiced
- 3–4 tbsp water as needed
- 1 slice of bread toasted
- 3–4 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Instructions
- In a pan, combine diced apples, cinnamon, lemon juice, and water. Cook over medium heat until apples are tender.
- Toast the slice of bread until golden brown.
- Spread yogurt on the toasted bread.
- Top with cinnamon apples and drizzle with almond butter.
