  • ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup grated onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons minced oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 pound lean ground chicken

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the torn bread and milk. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until the bread absorbs the milk.
  3. Add the Parmesan cheese, grated onion, egg, oregano, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the ground chicken to the mixture and gently combine until everything is evenly mixed.
  5. Form your mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
