Baked Dumplings are a delightful and easy-to-make dish, combining the richness of coconut milk and red curry paste with frozen dumplings for a satisfying meal.

  • 3 Tablespoons Red Curry Paste
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil (or oil

  • (1) 14-ounce can Coconut Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger (minced)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey (or real maple syrup)
  • Garnish: Cilantro
  • 2 Green Onions (sliced)
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons Chili Crunch
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Baby Spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the red curry paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, coconut milk, minced ginger, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and honey. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Add the frozen dumplings to the mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the dumplings to a baking dish and pour any remaining sauce over them.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dumplings are crispy and golden.
  6. Once baked, garnish with cilantro, sliced green onions, chili crunch, sesame seeds, and baby spinach if desired.

Notes

For a spicy kick, adjust the amount of chili crunch to your preference. Fresh herbs can enhance the flavor further.
