- 3 Tablespoons Red Curry Paste
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil (or oil

- (1) 14-ounce can Coconut Milk
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger (minced)
- 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Honey (or real maple syrup)
- Garnish: Cilantro
- 2 Green Onions (sliced)
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons Chili Crunch
- Sesame Seeds
- Baby Spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the red curry paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, coconut milk, minced ginger, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and honey. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the frozen dumplings to the mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Transfer the dumplings to a baking dish and pour any remaining sauce over them.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dumplings are crispy and golden.
- Once baked, garnish with cilantro, sliced green onions, chili crunch, sesame seeds, and baby spinach if desired.
Notes
For a spicy kick, adjust the amount of chili crunch to your preference. Fresh herbs can enhance the flavor further.
