- 1 (8-ounce package) Feta Cheese
- 1 quart Whole Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Black Pepper

- 3 cloves Garlic

- 8 ounces Dried Pasta
- ¼ cup Fresh Oregano
- Optional: Fresh Parsley
- for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper. Stir gently to mix.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the tomatoes have burst and the feta is golden.
- While the feta and tomatoes are baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Once baked, remove the dish from the oven and mix the baked feta and tomatoes together to form a sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta and fresh oregano to the sauce, stirring to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For a more intense flavor, try using aged feta cheese. The amount of olive oil can be adjusted based on your preference.
