Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine milk and salt, then add haddock fillets, coating them evenly.
- In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and dried thyme.
- Place the coated haddock fillets in a baking dish and pour melted butter over them.
- Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the fillets.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
Notes
