Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together.
- In another large bowl, combine the mashed bananas and granulated sugar, then stir in the eggs, melted butter, sour cream, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
