Description

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream (plain Greek yogurt can be used instead)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together.
  3. In another large bowl, combine the mashed bananas and granulated sugar, then stir in the eggs, melted butter, sour cream, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
