- 1 (9 inch) baked pie crust
- 3 medium bananas

- 2 ½ cups cold milk
- 2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups frozen whipped topping

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cold milk and the instant vanilla pudding mix. Whisk for about 2 minutes until smooth and thickened.
- Fold in 1 cup of the thawed whipped topping into the pudding mixture until well combined.
- Slice 2 of the bananas and layer them in the bottom of the baked pie crust.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the sliced bananas in the crust.
- Slice the remaining banana and arrange it on top of the pudding layer.
- Spread the remaining whipped topping over the top of the pie.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the pie to set.
Notes
For best results, use ripe bananas but not overly brown ones. This pie is best enjoyed within a day or two of making.
