  • 1 cup carrot sticks
  • 1 cup cucumber rounds
  • 1 box crackers (recommended: buttery Ritz or sturdy wheat crackers)

  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, hot sauce, melted butter, white vinegar, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until well coated.
  2. In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with ranch and blue cheese dressing until smooth and creamy.
  3. To assemble the charcuterie board, start by spreading the cream cheese mixture in the center of the board.
  4. Arrange the buffalo chicken mixture around the cream cheese spread.
  5. Add the sliced cheddar and pepper jack cheese, celery sticks, carrot sticks, cucumber rounds, crackers, pretzel sticks, and pickled jalapeños around the board.
