Ingredients

Scale
  • 5 large peaches (pitted and sliced into 1-inch wedges)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, honey, almond milk, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and sea salt.
  2. Blend until smooth, then pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  3. Stir the sorbet every 10 minutes with a fork to break up any ice crystals.
  4. Once fully frozen and fluffy, scoop into bowls and serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, you can add a bit more almond milk. Enjoy the sorbet within a few days for the best flavor.
