Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • cooking spray
  • 1 (12 ounce) package Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls
  • 1/3 cup Big Mac Sauce
  • 6 (1/2 ounce each) American cheese slices
  • 2/3 cup drained dill pickle chips
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) unsalted butter
  • melted
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 cup packed shredded iceberg lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chuck, kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder; mix until well combined.
  3. Press the beef mixture into a rectangular shape that fits the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. While the beef is baking, prepare the Big Mac Sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, garlic powder, and kosher salt in a small bowl.
  5. Remove the beef from the oven and let it cool slightly before cutting it into squares that fit the Hawaiian rolls.
  6. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  7. Spread half of the Big Mac Sauce over the bottom rolls, layer the cooked beef, add cheese slices, dill pickle chips, onions, and lettuce on top.
  8. Drizzle melted butter over the top of the sliders and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  9. Cover with the top half of the rolls and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with remaining Big Mac Sauce.
