- ½ cup pure maple syrup
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup sprinkles

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix until well blended.
- In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the sprinkles gently.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full. Top with additional sprinkles if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
