  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the blackberries, ½ cup of sugar, and flour. Gently toss until the blackberries are coated.
  3. Roll out the pie crust and place it into a 9-inch pie dish. Pour the blackberry mixture into the crust.
  4. Cover with the top pie crust, sealing the edges. Cut slits in the top for steam to escape, and brush the crust with milk. Sprinkle with remaining sugar.
