Ingredients
- Unsalted Butter
- Granulated White Sugar
- Egg
- Vanilla Extract
- Lemon Juice
- Fresh Blueberries
- Flour

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter and granulated white sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg, vanilla extract, and lemon juice, and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries to the dough.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
Make sure to use room temperature ingredients for the best texture. You can also adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
