This Blueberry & Lavender Jam Recipe combines the sweetness of blueberries with the aromatic essence of lavender, creating a unique and delightful spread for your breakfast table.

- 1 quart fresh or frozen blueberries (1½ pounds / 680 g)
- 8 oz / 227 g honey
- ½ lemon
- zested and juiced
- 1 Tablespoon of fresh lavender buds (preferably organic)
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the blueberries, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, and lavender buds.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before transferring to sterilized jars.
- Seal the jars and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
Notes
Make sure to use organic lavender for the best flavor. This jam pairs wonderfully with toast, scones, or yogurt.
