This Blueberry Peach Crumble combines the sweet-tartness of blueberries with ripe peaches, topped with a buttery, crunchy crumble that’s perfect for dessert any time of year.

- 2 1/2 cups peeled and sliced peaches
- 5–6 peaches
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 tablespoons cold butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine blueberries, sliced peaches, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and flour. Mix gently to coat the fruit.
- Transfer the fruit mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- In another bowl, prepare the crumble topping by mixing 1/2 cup flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon together.
- Add the cold, diced butter to the dry mixture and work it in with your fingers or a pastry cutter until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the fruit mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.

Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
