Instructions

- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the blueberries start to burst, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixed with water and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
- Let it cool before serving, as it will thicken further.
