- 1/4 cup honey or agave

- 1 1/4 cup rolled oats

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the applesauce (or mashed banana), honey (or agave), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Stir in the rolled oats until the mixture is well combined.
- Spoon the oat mixture evenly into the prepared muffin tin, pressing down firmly to form cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin.
- Serve with yogurt or fresh fruit as desired.
