Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the applesauce (or mashed banana), honey (or agave), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats until the mixture is well combined.
