- 3 fillets Atlantic Salmon Center-cut
- approx 6–8oz each
- 1/2 cup (110g) Dark Brown Sugar Packed
- 2 tbsp (30ml) Soy Sauce Low sodium preferred
- 1 tbsp (15g) Dijon Mustard Smooth
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Olive Oil Extra Virgin
- 1 tsp (2g) Black Pepper Freshly cracked
- 2 tbsp (8g) Fresh Parsley Finely chopped
- 1 wedge Lemon Freshly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together dark brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and black pepper to create the glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet, skin-side down.
- Generously brush the brown sugar glaze over the top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley and a lemon wedge before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the glaze. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
