- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup butter or oil
- 16 oz cream cheese softened
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin by lining it with cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, and melted butter or oil until well combined.
- Spoon the brownie batter into the bottom of each cupcake liner, filling them about halfway.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, flour, and a pinch of salt. Mix until fully combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter in the cupcake liners, filling them to the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheesecakes are set.
