- 2 packages NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Brownies & More Chocolate Baking Mix with Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 6 tablespoons water
- 2 3.9-ounce package instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
- 4 cups cold milk
- 4 cups heavy cream
- very cold
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- chocolate shavings to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the brownies according to the package instructions using the brownies mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water.
- Once the brownies are baked, let them cool, then cut them into small cubes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- In another bowl, beat the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- In a trifle dish or individual cups, layer the brownie cubes, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream. Repeat the layers until all the ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
For an even richer flavor, try adding chopped nuts or drizzling chocolate sauce between the layers.
