Description

Delicious Burger Bowls featuring seasoned ground beef, crispy potatoes, fresh lettuce, cheese, and a tangy burger sauce, perfect for a hearty meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 23 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500 grams lean beef mince/ground beef
  • Lettuce shredded
  • Cheese dairy-free or regular
  • Pickle slices
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard dijon or yellow
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice from the jar of pickles
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and cube the potatoes, then toss them in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  4. While the potatoes are baking, heat the remaining olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked.
  5. Prepare the burger sauce by mixing together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
  6. Once everything is cooked, assemble the bowls by adding a base of shredded lettuce, top with cooked beef, crispy potatoes, cheese, pickle slices, and drizzle with the burger sauce.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Burger Bowls!
