- 1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2–3 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 500 grams lean beef mince/ground beef
- Lettuce shredded
- Cheese dairy-free or regular
- Pickle slices
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard dijon or yellow
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice from the jar of pickles
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash and cube the potatoes, then toss them in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- While the potatoes are baking, heat the remaining olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked.
- Prepare the burger sauce by mixing together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
- Once everything is cooked, assemble the bowls by adding a base of shredded lettuce, top with cooked beef, crispy potatoes, cheese, pickle slices, and drizzle with the burger sauce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Burger Bowls!
