Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a flat surface, arrange half of the Ritz crackers, and top each with a generous dollop of caramel sauce.
- Place another Ritz cracker on top of each caramel-topped cracker to form a sandwich.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each cookie sandwich into the melted white chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Place the coated sandwiches back on the parchment-lined baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with festive sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
- Allow to cool completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
Notes
