  • 18 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 46 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 10 medium to large banana peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, plain Greek yogurt, minced garlic, dried basil, dried oregano, pepper, salt, shredded mozzarella, and grated parmesan. Mix until well combined.
  3. Slice the banana peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  4. Stuff each banana pepper half with the cheese mixture, pressing it slightly to pack.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and sprinkle additional grated parmesan on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the peppers are tender.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
