Cheesy Taco Sticks are a delicious twist on traditional tacos, combining seasoned ground beef with cheesy goodness wrapped in flaky pizza dough. Perfect for a quick meal or snack!

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 tube Pillsbury Pizza Dough
- 5 sticks Colby jack and cheddar and/or pepper jack cheese sticks halved
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning mix and prepare according to package instructions.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into rectangles large enough to wrap around the cheese sticks.
- Place a tablespoon of the taco beef mixture and a half cheese stick on each rectangle.
- Wrap the dough around the filling to fully encase it and pinch the edges to seal.
- Brush the melted butter over each taco stick and sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley.
- Place the taco sticks on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving, and enjoy your Cheesy Taco Sticks!
